Plant Therapy
Plants are medicine provided by our Mother Earth.
This ancient way of healing is very effective and sustainable. Modern medicine is fairly new, only having begun in the 19th century. Ancient Chinese and Egyptian writings describe many medical uses for plants dating back to 3,000 BC. Traditional Chinese Medicine developed many herbal therapies that were commonly used. African and Native American cultures also frequently used various herbs in their healing rituals... and still do! In fact, research has shown that cultures around the globe use the same or similar plants for the same medical purposes. With all the side effects of Pharmaceuticals, not to mention the over-use of them, it's no wonder so many of us are tapping back into the wise roots of our Ancestors.

Herbal Tincture
Unlike teas and capsules, tinctures don't rely on the digestive process to work. The alcohol in tinctures means that medicinal plant ingredients get absorbed directly into your bloodstream. In bypassing digestion, tinctures work faster and more efficiently.
Herbal Bath
Soaking in a warm fragrant herbal bath provides a quiet sanctuary in which to retreat, reflect and refresh. The healing properties trapped in the herbs and released by the water can help boost your mood, calm the mind, soothe sore muscles and joints, opens pores, soften skin, and promote more restful sleep.
Herbal Teas
Herbal teas are widely represented in the traditional medicine of various cultures, due to their health-promoting activities that include anticancer, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I invite you to come enjoy a cup with me!
Herbal Candles
This one is quite obvious, but simply adding herbs, crystals, or stones to a candle can be decorative but may not be beneficial or serve intention to heal. They look pretty, they smell nice, but without intention that's all they are. I bless each candle I make with intention to heal.
